From buckwheat to bulgur (cracked wheat) and all shades of lentils to lupini, we have it covered. Our baking section includes flours and mixes to suit almost any dietary need or flavor profile. Hard-to-find ingredients such as chickpea or chestnut flour can be found on our shelves.

With good reason in our opinion. Today, cultures hold on to their identities through the use of spices and present through them to the rest of the world of curious and adventurous eaters.
